Yeah, today is a bank holiday, which is awesome because it means I get the day off work. And not working is always good. Anyway, the plan for the day is as follows:
- Go down to the Co-op
- Get washed, dressed and go to town
- Go see Ironman 2 (Yay!)
- Do my Pokemon battle
- Chillax
I think that is pretty much it. I will update if there is more

Just a quick update I guess….
I’ve just installed a plugin which make the site more streamlined when viewing it on an iPhone or iPod touch. Seems to work pretty good, only thing I would comment on is that it doesn’t give you the option to view pages but I guess that isn’t too much of an issue because if people are viewing it on their portable platform, they are probably just after an update.
Secondly, I’ve updated my photo album with some more pictures, including some from my training session in London.
Am currently watching Ironman with Abi. It’s been ages since I’ve seen it and am enjoying it quite a lot. Can’t wait to see Ironman 2 (tomorrow hopefully!). I can smell a roast dinner being cooked downstairs and it smells great.
Last but not least, I need to make sure I am ready for a Pokemon battle either tonight or tomorrow. We have a 6 man tournament going on, but 2 people have had to drop out meaning that my battle is the only first round battle that is actually happening. It’s going to be tough, Marill v Marill. And I know that the person I am up against likes to be ‘annoying’ when he battles so I might have to try and counter act that somehow.
Anyway’s, I had best be off. You might get some more random updates at various points this week. I do have a structure in place for when I post entries on the Pokemon website I go on (www.PokeFarm.com) which is every Sunday and Wednesday, but for this one it will be mainly ad-hoc I think. That’s generally best for me. Not too much happens in my life that needs posting about, so I take boring stuff and try to make it interesting haha

So I’m sitting here in bed, watching a repeat of Have I Got News For You on Dave whilst my girlfriend is still asleep next to me and I try to think what I’m doing with my life. Now this isn’t to say that I hate my life, but I am starting to feel a tad bored with some of it. For example, I find myself becoming more and more frustrated with my job and keeping more and more of an eye on jab vacancies.
Currently there is a job role going for a ‘Digital Designer/ HTML and CSS Coder’ working on the online shopping part of the company I work for. The deadline for applications is this Tuesday so I need to make sure I get my line manager to sign it off first thing on Tuesday morning (as we are out of the office tomorrow due to it being a public holiday) and I’m hoping she doesn’t take the mick and leave it for ages.
Recently, I went down to my friend David’s to stay for the weekend so we could go on a reunion Parkour/Freerunning training session in London. Now through out the day I spent some time considering ‘retiring’ from doing Parkour. Since I have moved up to Barnsley, I have found very little time to do Parkour as most of my weekends are spent either in Manchester at my girlfriends or in Barnsley with my girlfriend visiting me.
So I find myself thinking a lot recently about what I want from my life and the ways to go about it.
Damn, I do hate that my first post in ages is one so full of thought. I don’t like thinking, it makes my head hurt…
